Copper & Steel Supply Co. is an independent online retailer based in Los Angeles, California. We sell kitchen tools, cookware, tableware, lighting and home decor, chosen for everyday use rather than for a display shelf.

How we operate

We are an online-only store. We do not run a physical shop or showroom, and every order is placed through this website.

Most of our catalog is fulfilled by third-party suppliers who ship directly to you, including from international fulfillment centers. We are transparent about this because it affects two things you should know before you buy: delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would take, typically 7 to 20 business days after processing, and items in a single order may arrive separately if they come from different suppliers.

Some of our product photography is created with AI to show items in a styled home setting. Every listing also includes the supplier's own photographs of the actual item, and the product you receive is the one described in the listing text and specifications.

What we stand behind

We answer every message ourselves, usually within one business day. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or simply not as you expected, our 30-day return policy applies and we will make it right. We would rather take a return than have you keep something you are unhappy with.
