Shipping policy

Shipping cost. Free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States, with no minimum order value. Rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are calculated at checkout.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During sales periods and holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery time. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7 to 20 business days. Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, and weather.

Where orders ship from. Copper & Steel Supply Co. is an online retailer. Most of our catalog is fulfilled by third-party suppliers who ship directly to the customer, including from international fulfillment centers. This is why delivery takes longer than shipping from a domestic warehouse. Orders containing several items may be fulfilled by different suppliers and arrive in separate packages on different days, each with its own tracking number.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to begin showing movement.

Customs and import charges. Our prices do not include customs duties or import taxes. Where these apply, they are levied by your local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility.

Incorrect addresses. Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once shipped and are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Delays. If tracking has not updated in 10 business days, or your order has passed the 20 business day window, email crbrode30@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
