Shipping Policy

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum order value. Shipping costs for Alaska, Hawaii, and destinations outside the United States are calculated at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During sales periods and holidays this can extend to 5 business days.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7 to 20 business days. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, and weather.

Where your order ships from

We are an online retailer and most of our catalog is fulfilled by third-party suppliers who ship directly to you, including from international fulfillment centers. This is why delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would.

If you order several items, they may be fulfilled by different suppliers and arrive in separate packages on different days, each with its own tracking number. Receiving part of your order does not mean the rest is missing.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to start showing movement. See our Track Order page for details.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped from outside your country may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by your local authorities. These charges are not included in our prices and are the recipient's responsibility.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Delayed or missing orders

If tracking has not updated in 10 business days, or your order has passed the 20 business day window, email crbrode30@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
