Copper & Steel Supply Co. is an independent online retailer. We operate online only. Most of our catalog is fulfilled by third-party suppliers who ship directly to customers, including from international fulfillment centers.

Products and descriptions

We work to describe every product accurately, using specifications supplied by our suppliers. Colors and finishes may appear differently on your screen depending on your device. Some listings include AI-generated lifestyle photography alongside the supplier's photographs of the actual item.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and are the price payable at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If a listing shows a genuine error in price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill at the incorrect price.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed when we send an order confirmation email. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. See our Shipping Policy.
